How do my Power Hours work?
Book your Power Hour at a time that suits you. You can book straight into my calendar and pay for your session on this page.
You’ll receive a follow up email confirming the time of your session, some preparation I need you to do before the call and a Zoom link to join the call on the day (please keep this safe). You will get an email reminder 24 hours before your Power Hour.
We’ll spend the first 15 minutes exploring your challenge, 30 minutes exploring possible solutions and the last 15 minutes wrapping up.
At the end of the call I’ll give you nutrition advice with 2/3 recommendations/action points.
After the call (within 24 hours), I’ll email over a one-page Health Optimisation Plan with my dietary recommendations, along with a 7 day personalised fertility meal plan.
