Fertility, PCOS & Women’s Health Nutrition Support
Hi, I’m Julia, a fertility nutritionist specialising in PCOS, hormonal imbalances and fertility challenges. I help women and couples optimise their health, support hormone balance and improve their chances of conceiving.
Consultations are available online across the UK and internationally, as well as from Weybridge, Surrey.
My Journey Into Fertility Nutrition
My path into fertility nutrition began through my own experience with PCOS and infertility. After being diagnosed with PCOS and experiencing seven years of amenorrhoea, I understand firsthand how confusing, frustrating and isolating fertility struggles can feel.
I felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice and frustrated by how little support there seemed to be around the deeper drivers of reproductive health. I wanted to understand what was happening in my body — and how I could support it naturally.
Through changes to my nutrition, lifestyle and targeted supplementation, I was eventually able to restore my cycle naturally. That experience completely changed the way I viewed health and became the beginning of a new career path.
After years working in the fast-paced newspaper industry, I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and later completed advanced practitioner training in fertility nutrition.
Today, I support women and couples with PCOS and related reproductive health concerns to better understand their bodies, balance hormones and feel more confident in their fertility journey — whether trying to conceive naturally or alongside assisted reproduction.
My approach is personalised, evidence-based and focused on the underlying drivers of imbalance rather than restrictive one-size-fits-all advice.
I believe fertility support should feel realistic, compassionate and sustainable — not overwhelming.
