ABOUT JULIA - PCOS & FERTILITY NUTRITION SPECIALIST
Julia Young
BA(Hons), DipION, mBANT, mCNHC
Hi, I’m Julia, a fertility nutritionist specialising in PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and fertility challenges. I help women and couples optimise their health, balance hormones, and improve their chances of conceiving.
My Personal Fertility Journey
I know firsthand how difficult fertility struggles can be. After experiencing infertility and hormonal issues myself, I understand the emotional and physical toll it takes, and the frustration of navigating conflicting health advice. This personal experience drives my compassionate, practical approach to fertility nutrition.
My Qualifications & Expertise
After a 10-year career in the newspaper industry, I followed my passion for health and nutrition. I qualified as a Diet and Nutrition Advisor in 2011 and trained as a Nutritional Therapist at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Since then, I have completed advanced practitioner training in fertility nutrition and continue to update my knowledge regularly to provide the most effective, evidence-based support for my clients.
Supporting Women & Couples with PCOS & Fertility Challenges
I work with women and couples experiencing PCOS, irregular cycles, or other fertility challenges, helping them take a personalised approach to nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing. My focus is on:
-
Balancing hormones naturally
-
Improving egg & sperm quality, and reproductive health
-
Supporting metabolic health and insulin regulation
-
Guiding nutrition and lifestyle choices for conception
My Approach
My approach combines professional expertise with real-life experience. I create personalised plans that focus on nourishment, not restriction, helping you feel empowered, prepared, and supported on your fertility journey.
