​PCOS Instagram Giveaway – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

  • Employees, affiliates, or direct family members of the organisers or participating brands are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

 

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram

  • Follow both @juliayoungnutrition and @myovacare

  • Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post (each separate comment with a new tag counts as one entry)

  • Optional: Share the post to Instagram Stories and tag both accounts for an additional entry

Entries close at 8:00pm BST on Wednesday 30th April 2025. Entries after this time will not be counted.

 

3. The Prize

  • One winner will receive:

    • A free place on the PCOS to Pregnancy online programme

    • A PCOS supplement and fertility tea bundle provided by MyOva

  • The course access will be granted for the next available live cohort or course start date.

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

4. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random name picker or automated tool.

  • The winner will be contacted privately via Instagram Direct Message from @juliayoungnutrition within 24 hours of the giveaway closing.

  • The winner’s identity will not be publicly shared unless they give express permission for their name or Instagram handle to be announced.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.

 

5. Course Delivery & Exceptional Circumstances

  • The PCOS to Pregnancy course is designed to run as a group programme. While every effort is made to ensure the course goes ahead as planned, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, such as insufficient enrolment numbers.

  • In such a case, the winner will be offered the choice of:

    • Deferring their prize to the next available cohort.

  • The organiser will not be liable for any losses or disappointment arising from course cancellation.

 

6. Delivery of Supplement Prize

  • The supplement prize will be fulfilled by MyOva, who will liaise directly with the winner to arrange delivery.

  • The organiser is not responsible for delays, product availability, or issues with fulfilment once the prize has been passed to the brand partner.

 

7. Instagram Disclaimer

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with this giveaway.

  • By entering, entrants confirm they release Instagram of responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

 

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • Entrants’ data will not be collected or used beyond contacting the winner.

  • The winner’s personal details will remain confidential unless express permission is given for them to be shared publicly.

 

9. General

  • The organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical error.

  • Entry into the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
