What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy can help if you’re looking to optimise your fertility, lose weight, kick start a healthier way of life or are struggling with a specific health issue. It can be beneficial for hormonal imbalances, fertility support, digestive health, low energy, IBS, stress, menopause, blood sugar balance, general wellbeing and weight management.
I use the Functional Medicine approach to Nutritional Therapy, which focuses on discovering and addressing the root cause of disease rather than simply managing the symptoms. My approach is evidence-based, using a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may be contributing to your symptoms and health concerns.
Everybody is unique which is why I recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
