Hi, I’m Julia and my mission is to support you on your journey to better health.
For many years I suffered with infertility and hormonal issues. I've been there and I know what it feels like to struggle to achieve what you really want in life.
Following a 10-year career working in the newspaper industry, I decided on a change of direction. Having always had a passionate interest in health and nutrition and finding so much conflicting information on the subject, I decided to study nutrition. I qualified as a Diet and Nutrition advisor in 2011, and then trained as a Nutritional Therapist at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition. I have since undertaken in-depth practitioner training to become a Fertility Specialist and regularly update my knowledge in this area.
I am now blessed with two young boys and am enjoying life as a busy mum, and now I want to support you on your journey to optimum health. My mission is to help couples to get pregnant and realise their dream of starting a family.
